High Hedges is a well established bed & breakfast operating since 1997. It’s owner run by Sally & Rick, who are available at all times to be of assistance to guests.
It’s centrally located close to many of Cape Town’s fine attractions, eg. the V&A Waterfront with it’s variety of activities, shops and restaurants. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is also within easy reach. The Constantia Wine Route is on our doorstep, and you can visit wine farms such as Groot Constantia, Constantia Glen, Constantia Uitsig, Eagle’s Nest and Buitenverwachting… the choice is endless. Rooms
There are four double en-suite rooms (shower only), two of which have private verandas leading onto a large established garden, and the other two rooms lead onto a courtyard and swimming pool area.
Facilities
The pool and garden are popular spots for guests to relax on pool loungers and soak up the sun or read a book under the shade of the trees. There’s a shared kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, tea/coffee facilities as well as crockery and cutlery for your use.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the conservatory and consists of a fresh fruit bowl with yoghurt and muesli, followed by a full English breakfast with eggs of your choice. Tea, coffee, fruit juice, toast & jam are also on the menu.
